CITY OF ASTORIA FACILITIES TO OPEN IN COORDINATION WITH STATE PROTOCOL

Governor Kate Brown announced that Oregon will fully reopen the State when COVID-19 vaccination rates hit 70% or on June 30th at the latest. Under this Executive Order, mask and social distancing mandates will be removed for the general public. In coordination with the Governor’s order, City of Astoria facilities closed to walk-in traffic will follow the same protocol and will reopen those facilities at the milestone. Astoria Parks and Library facilities currently open to the public will continue to expand operational days and hours as staff is hired to fully operate. Schedules of operation for Parks and Library facilities are available on the City of Astoria website. Astoria City Hall hours of operation will be 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and will be open for public meetings after hours.
