Planning
The Planning Division has a wide-range of responsibilities involving the administration of the City’s development code, architectural and site design, historic preservation, and long-range planning functions of the city. Planning staff works with prospective developers and the community to guide projects through public review processes.

The Planning Division provides staff support to the following public review bodies:

· Historic Landmarks Commission (HLC)
· Design Review Commission (DRC)
· Traffic Safety Advisory Committee (TSAC)
