Alex joined the Astoria Aquatic Center as a Lifeguard in February 2026 and has quickly distinguished himself as a reliable and dedicated member of our lifeguarding staff. Alex consistently demonstrates professionalism, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who visits the facility. Whether he's monitoring swimmers from the pool deck, assisting patrons, or carrying out cleaning tasks in the facility, Alex approaches each shift with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed. His dependability and strong performance have made him a valuable addition to the Aquatic Center team in a very short amount of time.
