The various departments of the City incur expenses in searching for and furnishing copies of records, reports and documents, and providing special services for private individuals and private concerns.
As advised by the City Council for the efficient conduct of the affairs of the various departments, reasonable fees are charged for furnishing records, reports, documents and services.

Official City email regarding your application will come from an @astoria.gov email address.
If you receive an unexpected invoice or payment request, do not make payment until you have independently verified it with the City using contact information published on this website.
A message containing your correct name, property address, project or application information does not mean it came from the City.
