Shively Hall – 1530 Shively Park Rd.

Amenities: Meeting room/event space, kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and large sink, 2 bathrooms (downstairs), comes with 8 tables and 40 chairs, adjacent park has 2 picnic shelters, ~20 parking spaces
Max Capacity: 50 people

Alderbrook Hall – 4509 Leif Erikson Dr.

Amenities: Meeting room/event space, kitchen with a fridge, oven and sink, ADA accessible bathroom, comes with 6 tables and 30 chairs, adjacent park has a basketball court and a picnic shelter, 2 dedicated parking spaces with additional street parking available
Max Capacity: 44 people

Tapiola Basketball Court – 900 W. Marine Dr.

Evergreen Sand Volleyball Courts – 1100 Klaskanine Ave.

Lindstrom Pickleball, Tennis, & Basketball Courts – 614 Niagara Ave.

FIELDS

Niemi Fields – 900 W. Marine Dr. (NW side of Tapiola Park Rd.)

Aiken Field – 900 W. Marine Dr. (SE side of Tapiola Park Rd.)

Evergreen Field – 1100 Klaskanine Ave.

All Rentals Require a $250.00 Refundable Deposit.
