The City of Astoria invites proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a Development Review Audit of the City's land use, permitting, and regulatory review processes.
Completed proposals must be submitted to the Community Development Department no later than 5:00 PM PDT on June 6, 2025. Proposals may be submitted to Community Development Director John Roberts electronically via email to jroberts@astoria.gov or a hard copy titled “Submittal for City of Astoria Development Review Audit" may be submitted to: Attn: Community Development Director, 1095 Duane Street, Astoria, OR, 97103.
